Hello, my name is Ximena
This name, which happens to mean "the one who listens" in Latin, has been a quiet guide throughout my journey. Most parents don’t realize that when they give us a name, they’re also giving us a destiny... but that’s how life works.
Listening is not just something I do — it’s part of my karma, my dharma, and my gift. It’s through listening that I feel connected to life and to the Divine.
I’m a somatic therapist and spiritual guide. I support deep transformational processes by weaving together presence, the body, and the soul — creating sacred spaces for healing and truth.
For many years, I thought listening happened only through the ears. But now I understand it as a deeper form of presence — a kind of awareness that engages all the senses, and sometimes even goes beyond them. It’s a listening that arises from the body, the heart, and the soul.
Over the past decade, I devoted myself to learning how to listen to my heart — and through it, to the voice of God and creation — guided by meditation, yoga, and various spiritual traditions.
Then, a few years ago, this gift expanded even further when I realized there was someone I still hadn’t fully listened to: my body. That realization opened the door to a whole new path of somatic awareness and emotional expression.
Since then, I’ve never felt more aligned with my truth, my path, and with life itself.
I work especially with women who, despite having tried many things, still feel disconnected, anxious, or stuck. Sensitive and soulful women who long to return to their bodies, live with authenticity, and embrace an embodied spirituality.
Today, I offer this gift of listening —alongside the spiritual, somatic, and human tools I’ve gathered— in service of your path and your Highest Self.
