Hello, my name is Ximena
This name, which coincidentally means “the one who listens” in Latin, has been a silent guide throughout my path. Many parents are not aware that, when choosing a name, they are also offering a destiny… but that is simply how things are.
Listening is not just something I do; it is part of my karma, my dharma, and also my gift. Through listening, I connect with life and with the divine.
I am a somatic therapist and spiritual guide. I accompany deep transformation processes, combining presence, body, and soul to create spaces for healing and truth.
For many years, I believed that listening was simply an act that happened through the ears. Today, I understand that it is a profound form of presence, a consciousness that involves all the senses, and sometimes extends beyond them. It is a way of listening that emerges from the body, the heart, and the soul.
Over the past decade, I dedicated myself to learning how to listen to my heart, and within it, to the “voice” of God and creation, through meditation, yoga, and various spiritual traditions.
Years later, this gift expanded even further when I discovered that there was someone within me whom I still had not fully learned to listen to: my body. This is how I entered the path of somatic awareness and emotional expression.
Since then, I have felt more in tune with my truth, my path… and with life itself.
I work especially with women who, despite having tried everything, still feel disconnected, anxious, or blocked. Sensitive and deep-feeling women who long to return to their bodies, inhabit themselves authentically, and open themselves to an embodied spirituality.
Today, I offer this gift of listening, along with the spiritual, somatic, and human tools I have cultivated, in service of your path and your highest Self.
